Hi, I’m jo and I’m so glad you’re here
I founded Seven Lemons after the realisation that health starts with taking just one small step.
For me, stocking up with seven lemons to see me through the week is where it all began. If I can start on my health journey with simply drinking a mug of hot lemon & water upon waking - I’m on the right path!
Health doesn’t have to be complicated.
My story starts like many others in the health & wellness space - it took me having my own ‘health wake up call’ for me to realise taking care of our mind, bodies & souls is so important. It doesn’t matter if you’re 30, 40, 50, 60 or beyond - you deserve to feel healthy in your body.
Because that’s all most of us want right - to feel healthy and happy?
Yet, somehow getting ‘healthy’ has become complicated. I think we have all got the message that we need to eat less crap and move about a bit. BUT with so many ‘healthy’ options presented to us every day, its stressful to know what’s what’s fact and what’s fake news..
Should we be giving up meat, dairy, bread and sugar?
Is running good for us, what about yoga, triathlons, HIIT training?
And now everyone is talking about getting more sleep, looking after our gut and reducing our stress levels...
OMG its minefield and its STRESSFUL to know what to do.
Cue, SEVEN LEMONS
As a trained nurse and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach I don’t profess to having ALL the answers but what I do know is this:
We all have the right to feel healthy and happy.
I’m here to help you put your health in perspective, so that you feel happy, healthy and free to get on with having some fun. It’s my job to keep you on track, guide you through your healing journey, and be your cheerleader as you find your zest for life!
Find me in Bournemouth, on the south coast of the UK with my two dogs, husband, and always with a bowl of seven lemons.
I can’t wait to share everything I know with you,
Love, Jo x
PS: I’d love to hear from you - ask me anything below!
