Hi! I’m jo,
I went on my first ‘diet’ when I was eight years old, or that might be the age I started to see food as comfort and not something that nourishes your body. Like many women who struggle with their weight it’s extremely time consuming and I have winged it through most of my life by following every diet out there.
When I was about 40 I started to enjoy running - mainly because I thought it would help me stay thinner, but around this time also began to see a link towards eating more nutritionally and feeling really energised and happier. This led to a love of weight training, yoga and eating behaviours that have changed my life, and this is what I want to share with you.
After a career as a nurse and working for a multi national company, my love of fitness and food led me to coaching and the best job I have ever had.
I become a PT at 60 because I love training and honestly I thought Why NOT!
But I’ve been where you are - followed the fads (hot yoga, athletic greens, blood sugar monitor you name it)

I don’t believe in quick fixes or extreme diets - this program is designed so you can still enjoy your life and do all the things you love to do without feeling restricted.
I take an approach that gives you flexibility so it accommodates good days, bad days, and everything in between. Seven Lemons isn’t a fad, it’s a sensible approach to fat loss and is individualised to your needs. I’m here to help you find a way to manage a deficit in a way that actually works for you.
There is more to weight loss and getting strong than what you eat and going to the gym - we work together to manage stress, improve your mindset, and ensure your lifestyle supports your goals.

The Seven Lemons Method is not a quick fix weight loss plan but a mindset change that helps you lose the weight you need to feel happy in your body, and more importantly you don’t put it on again. If you have tried diets before and then put the weight back on, trust me those days are done!
You will find that calories are not set excessively low but in a range that ensures you can enjoy the process and live in the real world!
