When it comes to fitness, I’ve been there, done that, worn the Oura ring!
I become a PT at 60 because I’m fed up of seeing women in their 40s, 50s, and beyond taking health and fitness advice from people living totally different lifestyles to them.
I decided to become a role model, because I love exercise, I love feeling strong, and I bloody love food!
But I’ve been where you are - followed the fads (hot yoga, athletic greens, blood sugar monitor you name it)
And here’s the thing: losing fat and building strength as you get older is possible but can require more perseverance and personalisation.
It feels hard because it’s often overcomplicated. My process of helping you lose fat and gain strength is simple but it’s not easy to do it alone. There is no quick fix. But you can’t keep blaming cortisol, menopause, carbs, and fats.
I created The Seven Lemons Program because I’m on a mission to demystify fat loss for older women.

I don’t believe in quick fixes or extreme diets - this program is designed so you can still enjoy your life and do all the things you love to do without feeling restricted.
I take an approach that gives you flexibility so it accommodates good days, bad days, and everything in between. Seven Lemons isn’t a fad, it’s a sensible approach to fat loss and is individualised to your needs. I’m here to help you find a way to manage a deficit in a way that actually works for you.
There is more to weight loss and getting strong than what you eat and going to the gym - we work together to manage stress, improve your mindset, and ensure your lifestyle supports your goals.

The Seven Lemons Method is not a quick fix weight loss plan but a mindset change that helps you lose the weight you need to feel happy in your body, and more importantly you don’t put it on again. If you have tried diets before and then put the weight back on, trust me those days are done!
You will find that calories are not set excessively low but in a range that ensures you can enjoy the process and live in the real world!
If you trust in the process you will lose weight at a steady rate depending on how much you have to lose.
