Hydrate and Radiate - Water is Everything!

The challenge this week has been really fun, and I love the fact that so many of you have been sipping your lemon water at the start of the day, creating a wonderful new habit. Hydration is everything!
So why is hydration important for our health?
Here are seven tips to share with your friends and family -
Wee check! It's meant to be the colour of pale straw and should be odourless - even first thing!
Don’t over do it! If you are waking at night to pee are you taking too much in?
Aim for the equivalent of 8 glasses a day, and get your water in the earlier part of the day. ( see 2)
Water helps to detox but lots of fruit and veg contains water too - up to 90%
Eat your water! Increasing your hydrating veggies will help your gut by increasing your fibre.
Serve your water at room temperature and don’t drink water with your meals!
If your cravings are off the scale - might be that you are thirsty so have a drink before you snack.
